Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.\u00a0<sup>3\u00a0<\/sup>But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,\u00a0<sup>4\u00a0<\/sup>so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.<\/mark><\/p>\r\n<h3>Matthew 25:31-46<\/h3>\r\n<h3><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24040\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-31\\\">The Sheep and the Goats<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span class=\\\"text Matt-25-31\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">31\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cWhen the Son of Man comes\u00a0in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24041\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-32\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">32\u00a0<\/sup>All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate\u00a0the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24042\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-33\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">33\u00a0<\/sup>He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24043\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-34\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">34\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cThen the King will say to those on his right, \u2018Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom\u00a0prepared for you since the creation of the world.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24044\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-35\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">35\u00a0<\/sup>For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24045\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-36\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">36\u00a0<\/sup>I needed clothes and you clothed me,\u00a0I was sick and you looked after me,\u00a0I was in prison and you came to visit me.\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24046\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-37\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">37\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cThen the righteous will answer him, \u2018Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24047\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-38\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">38\u00a0<\/sup>When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you?<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24048\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-39\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">39\u00a0<\/sup>When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24049\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-40\\\" style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">40\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cThe King will reply, \u2018Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24050\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-41\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">41\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cThen he will say to those on his left, \u2018Depart from me,\u00a0you who are cursed, into the eternal fire\u00a0prepared for the devil and his angels.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24051\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-42\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">42\u00a0<\/sup>For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24052\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-43\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">43\u00a0<\/sup>I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24053\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-44\\\" style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">44\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cThey also will answer, \u2018Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24054\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-45\\\" style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">45\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cHe will reply, \u2018Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24055\\\" class=\\\"text Matt-25-46\\\" style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">46\u00a0<\/sup>\u201cThen they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3>Mark 12:41-44<\/h3>\r\n<h4><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24715\\\" class=\\\"text Mark-12-41\\\">The Widow\u2019s Offering<\/span><\/h4>\r\n<p><span class=\\\"text Mark-12-41\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">41\u00a0<\/sup>Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put\u00a0and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts.<\/span>\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24716\\\" class=\\\"text Mark-12-42\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">42\u00a0<\/sup>But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a few cents.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span id=\\\"en-NIV-24717\\\" class=\\\"text Mark-12-43\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">43\u00a0<\/sup>Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said,\u00a0<span class=\\\"woj\\\" style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\">\u201cTruly I tell you, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others.<\/span><\/span><span style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\">\u00a0<span id=\\\"en-NIV-24718\\\" class=\\\"text Mark-12-44\\\"><span class=\\\"woj\\\"><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">44\u00a0<\/sup>They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything\u2014all she had to live on.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>Luke 6: 38<\/p>\r\n<p><sup class=\\\"versenum\\\">38\u00a0<\/sup><span style=\\\"color: #ff0000;\\\">Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap.\u00a0For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Matthew 6: 1 &#8211;
